With my first office job ever, at the Japanese tech powerhouse Fujitsu, I took my first step into the creative field as a part-time graphic designer. Today, even though my professional journey has mostly taken a different path, I keep these tools close, using them as creative outlets to design striking collages for personal projects or dynamic visuals for events and parties.
FASHION
Growing up black in Germany, representation mattered to me, and it was music and sports that reflected my identity most vibrantly. Both domains, brimming with style and fashion, sparked a deep-rooted fascination in me for the fashion industry. I took this fascination a step further, stepping into the shoes of a freelance model. With this, I got the best of both worlds - I was behind the scenes, strategizing and planning, and in front of the camera, showcasing and executing. The experience has allowed me to balance the strategic with the stylish, much like walking the line between the creative and the analytical in the fashion world.
